At 14 days, 30 days, and sustained to 1 year, enoxaparin patients had superior outcomes than UFH patients
Major hemorrhagic events rate is comparable between the two groups
Minor hemorrhagic events associated with enoxaparin treatment is increased due mainly to injection site ecchymosis or hematoma
